Blair compassionately helps clients navigate life’s challenges and stressors, including transitions, loss, and uncertainty. She incorporates an integrative approach informed by her client’s needs and goals. She enjoys helping clients redefine their identities, find their strengths, build healthy relationships, and tell their stories. Utilizing trauma-informed care and encouraging a mind-body connection, Blair supports clients through self-exploration and finding peace.
Blair received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Lebanon Valley College, and pursued her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School. She is adept in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Somatic approaches. She works with adults, children, families, and couples, and has experience with Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and attachment issues.
