Taking the First Step
We acknowledge asking for help can be pretty intimidating, and we applaud you for taking the first step. Inner Purpose offers individual therapy sessions with every therapist on staff to support you with stressors in your life or any concerns you may have. All of our therapists have a trauma-informed approach and are trained to offer a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered, Trauma-Focused, Psychodynamic, and more. Sessions are available in-person and through telehealth.
Telehealth sessions will be held via video chat using our HIPPA-complaint and easy to use platform that can be accessed by phone or computer. Our system will send out appointment reminders via text and email with your secure session link. Our top priority is to help you feel most comfortable receiving therapy in the environment that is best suited for you.
