Dance has been shown to reduce symptoms of depression, stress, & anxiety, all of which can increase during the darker & more isolated days of the season.

Come shake it off & shake your butt in community.

No dance experience necessary. Open to all who feel aligned with our values of opennness, fun, & non-judgment, regardless of gender. Ages 18+

SGDC will be held biweekly for 5 Sundays: Jan 19, Feb 2, Feb 16, March 2, and March 16. Your purchase of a ticket is for all 5 sessions.
