The type of therapy that I mainly use in session is Psychodynamic Therapy. This model allows you to speak freely about your concerns, desires, and goals while also focusing on the role of childhood experiences to help explain why you are feel and act the way you do now. This is because how we view ourselves and the world are shaped by our early experiences, which has been shown to be the root of emotional difficulties. Once the issue is identified, we can work to resolve it.”
