Check back here regularly for updates on upcoming events—we can’t wait to share what’s ahead with you!
Creative Writing Circle
Thursday nights biweekly, 6:30pm - 8pm: 4/9, 4/23, 5/7, 5/21
For those who crave connection but feel drained by loud spaces, this 4-week group offers a quieter way to be seen, heard, and understood — through reflection, writing, and conversation. Writing isn’t about impressing anyone here — it’s about giving yourself space to pause, play, create, or simply think.
This therapist-facilitated group blends thoughtfully crafted prompts, quiet writing time, and optional discussion in a pressure-free, supportive space designed especially with introverts in mind. Prompts explore themes of memory, narrative, imagination, and the evolving “pieces” of who we are, encouraging creativity and interpretation.
You’re invited to set your own intention each week — whether that’s engaging in creative exploration, slowing down and resting in a low-stimulus environment, reflecting on your experiences, or nurturing a more grounded relationship with yourself.
Write in whatever form feels most natural — fiction or nonfiction, poetry or prose, imagined or real. There’s no pressure to share personal details, and no prior writing experience is needed. This space welcomes hobbyists, journalers, beginners, poets, and anyone curious about storytelling, with the focus on presence, curiosity, and quiet connection rather than perfection.
$120 for 4 week group (sliding scale available, reach out if interested)
