Being vulnerable isn't always easy, and for many of us, it's something we've fallen out of practice with. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with that part of ourselves- to learn how to show up more openly, navigate emotions with confidence, and build deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
I draw from psychodynamic perspectives to explore the narratives we carry- those inherited, assumed, or unconsciously reinforced- and the courage it takes to rewrite them. Using ACT, CBT, somatic approaches, and parts work, I help clients build flexibility in how they relate to their emotions, bodies, and sense of self. My work is informed by neuroscience and evidence-based approaches, guiding insight that leads to real, embodied change.
To me, therapy is about cultivating a sense of wholeness- working through stuck patterns, embracing complexity, and making space for growth. As a creative person, I value a collaborative process, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. I strive to create a deeply affirming space for all my clients, whether they're adults, children, couples, or families.
