Anxiety, Depression, ADHD/ADD | CBT, DBT, Inner Child Work
Hi! I’m a licensed social worker specializing in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I believe healing and growth are possible at any stage of life, and with the right support, individuals can build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and therapeutic inner child work. I support clients in identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and developing practical coping skills. Through inner child work, I also help clients explore early experiences, heal unresolved emotional wounds, and build greater self-compassion.
When working with adolescents, I incorporate creative and developmentally appropriate interventions to foster engagement, emotional expression, and confidence. For adult clients, I focus on helping them navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and personal growth with greater clarity and intention.
I also value the importance of family and support systems. When appropriate, I collaborate with caregivers to provide guidance, improve communication, and strengthen relationships in a way that supports lasting change.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward in their healing journey.
