We are dedicated to serving our community by offering more affordable sessions in order for everyone to have equal access to quality care. We are able to offer lower cost therapy sessions by scheduling with one of our Graduate Interns. You will be connected with a second-year Master’s Level Counseling Student that is being supervised by a licensed professional in our practice to ensure a high standard of care.

  • Counseling is equal parts hard work and heart work. I believe in the power and privilege of bearing witness to an individual’s healing process, and I sincerely look forward to joining with you as you move through your therapeutic journey. I trust that clients are the experts on their own lives, and it is my goal to empower you to learn to help yourself. I am passionate about working with folks throughout the lifespan who have experienced extraordinary life circumstances or just need some extra support. I operate from a trauma-responsive lens and am interested in holistic, integrative approaches to counseling that engage the mind and body while honoring you as an individual in order to work towards healing. I bring my authentic self to the counseling space to encourage you to come as you are.

I earned my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English Liberal Arts from The College of New Jersey. I am a graduate student in TCNJ’s Clinical Counseling program and a counselor in training. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me reading the latest fantasy novel or listening to Hozier.
