As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your fears and help resolve your challenges that you face in life through therapy. Whether your life challenges are depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, social media addiction/struggles or co-occurring issues, I am here to work with you through these challenges. I offer a solution- focused, person centered approach in a non-judgmental environment to help you develop the confidence and skills to use in your tool box to help you change.

I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples whom are in need of support and guidance. As a therapist, it is my job to help my clients examine their subjective truths and focus on reframing these subjective thoughts into a more authentic reality and you do not have to do this alone!

I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as a certified school counselor that has worked in the mental health field for over 5 years. I have experience working with clients whom have struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, co-occurring disorders and addiction.
